Electronic Record and Signature Disclosure

Electronic documents

Silverlight Research (“we”, “us” or the “Company”) will send any documents you request electronically, to the email address you have given us during the course of the business relationship, unless you tell us otherwise in accordance with the procedure explained here. Once you sign a document electronically, we will send a PDF version of that document to you.

Request for paper copies

You have the right to request paper copies of the documents we send you electronically. You can also download and print these documents yourself. If you wish to request paper copies, please email expert-support@silverlightgroup.com.

Withdrawing your consent

At any point during our business relationship, you have the right to withdraw your consent to receive documents in electronic format. If you wish to withdraw your consent, you can decline to sign a document we have sent you and email expert-support@silverlightgroup.com to tell us that you wish to receive documents only in paper format.

Advising us of a new email address

If you need to change the email address you use to receive notices and disclosures from us, please write to us at expert-support@silverlightgroup.com.
